Needed to get the keyboard on a MacBook Pro fixed. The Apple Store quoted $300 to $400 and 3-5 days. Contacted WE FIX MACS and they were able to do the repair in 4 hours for half the price :-o However, haste makes waste. There was a problem with the bottom half of the keyboard. I was upset. THIS is where this company shines. They sent someone to my house to pickup the laptop at 7p, then took it to their main HQ and had someone work on it overtime that very night. Customer service has been excellent for close to 15 years that I have been coming to this fine establishment. Thank you to Abbi and the rest of the crew- you have helped me tremendously.
Very knowledgeable and professional diagnosed problem quickly, transferred data from back up drive easily reasonable prices what more can I say, I know I found a place to take my mac when it needs to be looked at when the apple store won't do anything with my computer.
The people that work here are great! They are not motivated as much by money as they are to helping you solve your problems. I have recommended them to my sons and they are also happy with the service received. Thank you!
Brought in my wife's iPhone 5 because she dropped it- first time in 4 iPhones that we had a dropped iPhone in our family. These guys fixed it for me the same day. Fast, courteous service and the guys behind the counter even hooked me up (for free) with an iPhone case they had so this would not happen again! Thanks! PS: There's a cute dog named after George Clooney who sometimes frequents this store- I think he's the manager's dog. Adds to the family friendly atmosphere :-)
