One of my apple devices began not charging through the port no matter what cable I used. I figured I take it to be inspected/serviced. So I went here, to we “fix” macs. Upon entry, the guy there immediately began trying to up-sale me into buying a new apple product. Due to “unsuspected” repair costs. RecommendedI’ve been coming to this company for 25 years- they have helped me out of jams numerous times. Are they perfect? No. But who is? They have always done right by me. Highly recommended!
I came here for a “25$” on the phone quote and wen i arrived they hike the price to 39$ plus taxes and fees for a 3$ iphone x sim tray thank u ebay yet again. Please dont support this buisness there corperate greed is whats wrong with america
I have been doing business with 800 We Fix Macs since the 1990's. Abi has kept my macs going strong, with a capacity to last longer than if he was not in my life. They save me $$$$$ when I fix in place of replacement. Quality repairs, I can trust these folks with my personal information, so I keep going back.
They were incredibly helpful and professional! Abbi did an amazing job rebuilding my parents computer from backups after it was destroyed in the Camp Fire. They worked for hours until my parents were completely satisfied that their computer was rebuilt. Thank you, thank you for such considerate, skillful assistance. I'll absolutely use them again.

Even tho they were closed on Columbus Day, they fixed my laptop in a matter of hours by opening up especially for me. Superb customer service!
Great customer service! The manager stayed in the store til 1015p and then dropped me home afterwards, just so I could get the computer fixed the same day. Plus he gave me an option to save $57.08 if I let him do some repairs later in the week (because I couldn't leave the computer there for more than a few hours). Thank you!
