Very slow delivery of our food. Server was nearly non existent. Food was fair at best. Fries that I had to wait for, after getting my burger, were cold on arrival. Again, no server. I finally had to go and seek out a guy to track her down and help get our bill to leave. He was great, she (the server) was terrible. This used to be a great place to eat. I would come back for the bar but definitely not for the food.
We met some friends for appetizers. My daughter ordered a burger and a sangria. After taking a sip she did not like the sangria. She asked to have the drink exchanged and was informed by the waitress that they have had an issue with drinks being sent back and they have made a policy not to do so. The $9 drink just sat on the table. Maybe they should figure out the reason why people are sending drinks back instead of making a policy.
I LOVE 80/20 for dinner, never disappoints. However, I wouldn't recommend brunch. Too pricey for not enough food, though the drinks are great! I ordered the blue collar benedict and was happy that they accommodated my need for my eggs fried hard (I wanted this mainly for the sausage gravy), but was pretty disappointed that the side was just a small pile of french fries cut up into little bits. I could see maybe having that with the brunch burger, but not with my biscuits and gravy. I need hash browns!
I've been here three times and all three times I got excellent service and excellent food. Last night we went for dinner and I got a burger with fried pickles and blue cheese and it was so good, my mouth is still watering over it! I'll definitely be back!!!
I wanted to like it! Great atmosphere, great service. But I just wasn't a fan of the burger. Seemed like it had no flavor! I'd try it again and order something different.
