We are new to town and have eaten here a few times. The burgers are always amazing and the service is great!
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life. They wouldn't accept reservations for a party of 7, a week in advance, for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. They told us to show up when they opened, which we did. They made us wait 3 hours with an infant and a toddler, never actually seated us and we finally gave up and spent my parents anniversary at the 5 Guy's down the street. They were rude, snooty and unapologetic. 0 stars, I can't say enough bad things about my experience with these condescending hipsters.
I asked the waitress was there actual hunks of dumplings in the chicken and dumplings soup. She smiled and said yes. Came to the table with a bowl of pureed chicken and the dumplings! It was put in a blender.And my daughter's "That Guy" Burger didn't even taste like meat, and was bone dry. No thanks to ever returning there.
I LOVE 80/20. One of the best places in town. The staff treats you like family. Food is awesome and one of the best beer selections in the area.
