Words cant describe the amount of unprofessionalism and discrimination I received during my car shopping at 77 auto. I strongly advise anyone that is considering this dealership to stay away. I was turned away and treated very poorly, when in fact I was well qualified to buy.

Had a great experience having my 2019 ***** Accord serviced. ********* helped me out. I really appreciated the coffee and free wifi while I waited. It was just an oil change, but it was quick and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary c*** with my service. I'll be back!
The entire team was awesome from start to finish! Sales Consultant, *********************** was the absolute best! I was able to walk away with the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. 77 Auto in Rock Hill SC, has fraudulently issued a vehicle to me using my co-signer as the only one on the vehicle. Co-signer has NO driver's license and lives in New York City. We did NOT know until after a month that this was done behind our backs. So I'm paying insurance and payments on a car that I drive in North Carolina, with my mother name on the vehicle. I had my son's car towed there to be looked at. I was called over two weeks later and told that the car needed a new engine because a rod had been thrown. I found an engine for $1500 but was told that they wouldn't cover any parts that broke on it but they had an engine there for almost $4700 and that would include parts and labor, etc. The car isn't worth that much so I decided to scrap it even though it holds sentimental value to my son.
