If I could give negative stars, I would! It's dealerships like this that give the entire car business a bad rep! ********** disappointing experience from every department!!! I received a text from salesman MLaws giving me an "out the door price" of $17,350 which included tax, trade & tag transfer. Even said he had bill of sale waiting on me. (Trade wasn't really necessary but it was less ****** on my end, so okay.) I arrive later that day to complete the transaction. Sales guy shows me what we discussed. He offered an extended warranty which I declined and he said it was his job to offer it regardless when I said no. We start paper signing after the final official documents were printed out.
