700 on Washington is the best place I lived in during my four years of college. I have lived in more than 5 places and I like here the best. The staff members are very welcoming, they care about residence and they are more like friends to you. The service here is fast. If something in my apt needs maintainance, they usually get it done in 2 hours. They throw fun activities every month. The 700 is a great place to live! The staff really cares about their residents and that makes living here a lot of fun. It's a great location on campus and having a management team that is welcoming and accessible really helps make a great living experience.
Comfortable but a little expensive for students
I think this place is great, move in was very easy, there was staff from the building who helped us carry our stuff. The apartment in general is very nice, the furniture is really pretty.
The apartments are very nice, management and prices are Average. Waiting till later to sign your lease will save you money!
Nice place, helpful staff ! It's really close to campus so that's a big plus
