The staff is always super helpful! I see Dominic most every day and he's always so willing to answer any questions I may have and is very good at resolving any issues that may arise. I also cannot complain about the free coffee everyday! Has saved me quite a bit of money! The 700 is the place to be �
My student lived at The 700 Washington in 2016 and 2017 and had a great experience. Staff were always responsive and they had amenities that were very helpful and useful for students. All in all a terrific experience!
One of the best parts about the 700 is the staff. They are super friendly, quick to respond to maintenance requests, and always answer any questions or concerns. I was originally concerned about living above Sally’s, because I’m on the second floor, but I never hear it. Overall, the building is pretty quiet too!

The staff at the 700 are always very accommodating and are eager to help you with anything! I love how they truly care about the residents and solve any problem :)
Love the staff, amenities, and location! The building is so close to campus and the light rail, which makes getting to classes very convenient. I looooove the coffee bar and the free tanning bed. The staff are all so friendly, they make living here so much fun with the events and free stuff. and the maintenance staff is so on top of everything, the building is always so clean!
