From the helpful and knowledgeable staff to the comfortable and well done apartments. 700 Washington offers so many useful amenities plus its just steps away from the heart of stadium village, where there is always something tasty to eat and of course it’s proximity to campus makes it a great place for students to live.

Very luxurious apartments! High quality amenities such as fast wifi, fitness room with new equipment and machines, scenic verandas, and excellent service from the staff. The apartments are very high end and are an unbeatable value for students looking for a lavish place to live at a good price
There is no better place to live than The 700 on Washington which is located in an amazing community that offers an array of restaurants/bars. Conveniently located is the light rail and in walking distance to the U of M. The 700 has so much to offer from super friendly staff to a 24-hour gym, it doesn’t get much better. 😊 🤩
There are issues that this building has, but I want to mention the most vital one, there have been many homeless and vandalism in the building lately due to lack of safety. Beware when signing a lease here.

The management staff at 700 on Washington is super friendly and helpful. Very responsive and they keep the community clean and well kept. It's a great place to call home!
