The woman in the office was rude. I’m giving three stars because they unloaded me quickly and even gave me a door an hour before my appointment
I checked in 12.30 am. My appointment time was 8 am. But still they gave me door right away. And unloaded superfast in 30 min. I was rolling at 1.00am. Thank you guys. My experience was great
Unloaded day early in 2 hours. Great place and very nice no attitudes
My appointment at 9am. I’ve got at the gate by 8:50am. There is women in receiving office said there is no door for me right now and they not let me stay at the facility parking. Ask me to leave their lot and wait outside for call when they get a door for me. In 1.5 hours still not a door for me and I got in again. They put another truck that been behind me at the gates to the door and screaming on me that they don’t care about my next stop appointment time. Probably it’s a rudest place ever.
