Casey - shift lead Horrible customer service. She was very quick to give me a refund after expressing to her that my drink isn’t made how I want it. She mentioned that they follow the rules by the book and there’s nothing she could do as far as measurement goes. I asked her if this is what you do with customers? Not my jam. We stopped on the way through on a road trip and wanted to try something besides Starbucks. Wish we had just gone to Starbucks. I’m guessing their actual coffee beans aren’t great quality. Hubby’s cappuccino tasted so burnt and bitter. I asked for a hot latte and got an iced one. I asked for minimal sweetness and it was SO sweet. Barely even tastes like there’s espresso. Overall very disappointing.
First time customer the lines were long but flowed. The crew was over the top friendly in a good way. Was disappointed because my drink was wrong I ordered a Sweet & Salty but what I got was heavy with cinnamon. Unfortunately was running late or would have gone back to get it fixed
