I love this property! Just getting ready to renew my lease for the third year. Management has been nothing but helpful when needed, even got a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of!!
Maintenance was slow and you couldn't communicate with most of them because they didn't speak English. Management went to hell in a hand basket...they were rude and VERY disrespectful. There was BLACK MOLD in my air vents and the wouldn't fix it. Plus, some idiot in a neighboring apartment would get high and my apartment smelled so badly of Marijuana multiple times a week that I couldn't stay in my home BUT management did nothing to correct it! Maintenance is crap especially for emergency repairs that should be done right away. If I didn't respond right away to the tenant's needs, I would be taken to court.
