I’ve lived here for less than 1yr and absolutely love it so far. I enjoy all of the amenities the place has to offer and email updates I receive when they host events. It feels like a community here and I like that a lot. Lisa was so sweet and always reliable when I had questions. Nick is one of their maintenance techs and always provides great service when in need of repairs or help. I am looking forward to be renewing my lease here.

We absolutely love living here. We’re going on our second year now. Lisa helped us get moved in to begin with and has helped with every little thing we needed along the way. The dog park and the gym are our favorite places to go - both so spacious and pleasant! Highly recommend this place.
5 stars I've lived here for over two years now and Id say it's my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. The layout is super cool, 3 floors, a garage, and 3 bed 3 bath. My 100 pound dog has all kinds of room to run around. Plus the new dog park is awesome! The front office and maintenance is always helpful. Especially Lisa Kiehl!
I’m resigning my lease for another year and I enjoyed staying here. Lisa is the best and amazing with dealing with all of our problems.
I am a current resident living in the unit after it was bought by Pinnacle. I can't stress enough how bad it's been. yes the units are pretty nice, and will probably be even better after renovation. Hopefully you don't have a car, because you're never gonna find parking (like, ever). The office is intensely unresponsive. When I asked about a timeline for the completion of renovations a few months ago, they effectively told me it'll be indefinite. They've also never been openly kind, and are certainly never open to problem-so... read more
John should be fired for the way he talks to residents, he could care less of people have problems or there are mait issues that should be resolved. Code enforcement has to be contacted for each issue, because management refuses to correct major problems such as roof leaks, and leaky windows. We had water coming in through lights and were told that it's not going to be a problem. They don't care about the residents, they only care about collecting the rent.
I'm originally from Houston but I movedhere from out of state last week and I already feel right at home. Lisa helped me and my friends get our lease ready quickly and efficiently for us to get everything settled as soon as I arrived. The facilities are clean and well equipped, I really feel like things are being taken care of. Thanks for everything!
