Every maintenance need has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and even those that have been weekend emergencies. Haley, Felicia, Craig and Dakota always go the extra mile. I am blessed to be living here in this remarkable, historical building. Thanks!
Poor communication, weak response to broken utilities (i.e. elevator down for 3months without update). GET ANY COMMUNICATION IN WRITING. their employee told me I could move out without 60 days written notice because I gave 90days verbal notice. Now, 2 years after moving out of the apartment, Haley (current property manager) is calling demanding $130 because the employee I spoke with quit and Haley decided to mark this as failure to give notice. 2 years after moving out. 👍 good work haley!
