I bought the 5minskin hair removal device as a gift. My daughter didn’t want it, and I requested a return. They said I couldn’t return, because I’m in Canada. Initially, they said I could get an additional discount if I keep the unit. Then they said I could get a full refund. Long story short, no discount, no refund. No reply to repeated follow ups. BUYER BEWARE!!

Well, this will be a mixed review It started out with the trial, it took two weeks to receive the unit so they extended the trial period. I only used the device about 10 times before the light decided to just stop working. But within a few short days, they have already replaced the unit and it's on the way. Thank you to the customer support and I'll update my review for the product review. I used the device for forever. Do I recommend? No. Don't waste your time or money🤗

I ordered 2 products from this company on 11/24/24, one of them arrived 1/2/25. I inquired in December and got a note back on 12/10 that it would be shipped that week (it's 2-4 day shipping) and it still didn't arrive until 1/2. When it arrived, the order wasn't completely fulfilled. I emailed customer service immediately, 5 days later still no reply. I called customer service, also no reply. I'm now requesting a refund because clearly this company doesn't have reliable customer service. Am not terribly optimistic the refund... read more

I placed an order on 01Dec....I have yet to receive the item. I've called and left messages no return call...sent e-mails the response is a generic one , the same each time I e-mailed. Guess I'll be doing a charge back through my credit card.

already 6 weeks using it and have not seen changes, I can't return due to the 90-day guarantee satisfaction is passed due, so I will use it until it doesn't work or give me cancer
