I can honestly say that I have never received better care at any medical or dental office . I have problems holding my mouth open for long periods of time. My hygienist let's me rest when I need to and is checking with me throughout the entire cleaning to make sure I am comfortable. The extra care taken is greatly appreciated and everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
I am once again pleased with my visit to (585)Dentist. I had my teeth cleaned by Jill who is always right on task and very diligent when cleaning my teeth. She educates me on how to keep my teeth and mouth healthy without being preachy and she answers all my questions with positive and informative answers. Dr. Drumm's exam was also informative and geared to helping me maintain a healthy mouth. She is not pushy but lets you know exactly what needs to be done. Thank you for your work.
The entire staff is the best. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Drumm is extremely knowledgeable and I am thrilled she was recommended to me. My great smile says it all!

I saw Jill the hygienist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and she cleaned my teeth beautifully. She has given me several suggestions in the past that have been spot on. Dr. Drumm comes in on every visit to check my teeth and gums and overall health. Overall this is an excellent dental office and I recommend it highly.
Dr. Drumm did an excellent job in replacing my crown. Even after 2 shots and 5 hours of being numb, I hardly noticed that I had dental work done the next day. I love the fact that in 2 hours I can have a permanent crown put in...no temporary crown, no waiting for the permanent crown to be made & sent, and only getting numbed up once. Thank you, Dr. Drumm...and CEREC! I'm very pleased.
