Patient & professional consistently characterizes everyone in this office. While seeing the dentist or hygienist is not always everyone's favorite activity, Jo and Dr. Drumm make it a very pleasant experience; both have a good sense of humor and a genuine concern for the comfort of their patients. Everyone leaves sporting a bright smile!
Besides great people and care they recommend the extra care needed to save your teeth and money. They had me get a waterPik and my gums have actually come back! Along the the extra care they provide my Pockets are actually shrinking! Thank you for you kindness and care
Jill was patient and friendly with my daughter. Dr. Drumm was excellent.
As usual I was completely satisfied with my visit. The hug at the end was like the frosting on a cake. I'm tempted to make up problems for a visit, just for the frosting. Everyone in the office leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. JACK
Friends recommended this office years ago when Mr Herbison was the dentist, we are still loyal after his daughter stepped up into his role. She is just as meticulous and thorough as her father. Still very pleased and happy with her and her office staff.
Jill was my hygienist today at 585Dentist. She did an excellent job. Going to the dentist is not something I look forward to but coming to this office is a pleasure. What I really want to mention is what happened at my husband's visit a couple of weeks ago. He went in for a root canal. He told Dr.Drumm that he hadn't had any pain or swelling since his last visit.
