The email communication from Dr.Drumm, and her staff, is excellent. The appointment invitations/reminders and dental tips/advice are great. And now I just received "Post-Op" instructions and "what to expect as normal after todays procedure. It was a pleasant surprise to see this sent to me immediately after my appointment in writing. It's hard for many people, including me, to take in all of the verbal instructions at doctors appointments. Putting this information in writing is a great way to communicate to the patients. Just had my 6 mo. cleaning and I am so well pleased. I had been away from home and had a bad toothache. Dr. Drumm and staff were prompt in response and took care of me with antibiotic scripts which solved the problem. The whole staff is caring, responsive, friendly and interested in my well being. Thank you to all the staff for continuing excellent care.
From the front door, throughout your visit, you are met with smiles, professionalism and excellent care. I couldn't ever hope for anything better!

Had an emergency issue and Dr. Drumm was able to see me right away. She adjusted my bite which totally relieved my pain. Also, I found the office staff to be both friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much :)
