Everyone in the office is very personable and professional. I have rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated for my procedures. Dr Drumm is excellent! Very knowledgeable and an excellent craftsman with my crowns.
My appointment for fillings went very smoothly, virtually pain free, in a very timely fashion and with friendly staff. Thank you Dr. Drumm and all!
I called the dentist around 11:30AM, as I was in way too much pain, They got me in by 12:45 and took care of me with kindness and expertise. Everyone was thoughtful and caring as this was not an easy tooth to work with. Thank you to everyone! Especially to Dr. Emily for taking such great care of me and squeezing me into her already busy day

The staff, knowledge, and equipment are the best. Friendly and professional staff, no waiting, no pain dentistry, crowns are made while you wait. And great coffee! It is worth it to me to drive from Penfield to Greece.
I had minor oral surgery that involved cutting the gum and drilling into the bone of the upper part of my mouth to place the base of a dental implant. To be honest, I was not looking forward to the procedure, however, the staff assured me that it was not as unpleasant as it sounded. They were right. The next day my gum was not tender at all, and the bone they drilled into was not sore. Dr. Drumm explained what was going to happen each step of the way.
Excellent care, wonderful staff.
