My down payment return was incomplete. We lived at the house 1 year 8 months. The bathroom door was already old and damaged when we moved in. Obviously the damaged area which they tried to "fix"is going to fall in pieces. If 477 manages a property you want to move into, then find another property. I’ve dealt with a lot of bad PMs in Miami, but they are by far the worst. Avoid at all costs. If you’re an owner reading this, then get your money back because they do nothing to take care of your property.
All good until it's time to vacate the property. This company keeps your deposit. They ignore you when you are trying to receive what's owed to you. When time to move they give you a deposit summary saying you owe them money when the info they list is totally wrong. They put that you pay one security deposit when it actually 2 months of security. No one has reached out regarding my claim when they say the only way to dispute it is to emailed them but they will not return a call or an email. 477 management are thieves. I'm a ... read more
