My down payment return was incomplete. We lived at the house 1 year 8 months. The bathroom door was already old and damaged when we moved in. Obviously the damaged area which they tried to "fix"is going to fall in pieces. (Looks like a 10 year old tried to camuflaje the damage) Living and dining room ACs didn't work and we didn't even use them. We bought a NEW AC for the dining room. If 477 manages a property you want to move into, then find another property. I’ve dealt with a lot of bad PMs in Miami, but they are by far the worst. Avoid at all costs. If you’re an owner reading this, then get your money back because they do nothing to take care of your property.
