All good until it's time to vacate the property. This company keeps your deposit. They ignore you when you are trying to receive what's owed to you. When time to move they give you a deposit summary saying you owe them money when the info they list is totally wrong. They put that you pay one security deposit when it actually 2 months of security. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 477 Management Group has been absolutely horrible to deal with. Communication is nonexistent — they do not return calls, emails, or messages, no matter how many times you follow up. They are trying to withhold my security deposit, despite the fact that I left the home cleaner than when I moved in. The exit interviewer, Jamie Rodriguez, even commented on how clean the house was during the final walkthrough. Easily one of the worst management companies in all of Miami (which is hard to given how terrible most companies here are). Takes months on end to get repairs done, then lies with zero proof that technicians that came to check broken appliances say “it’s all good” - fraudulent scam artists who create a terrible experience. If you’re a landlord don’t bother, if you’re a tenant thinking of renting from them seriously RUN. One month into my lease and I am waiting for the end of this nightmare
