A woman was Attacked on 360 West 43rd Street Midtown West Luxury Apartments. The security video showed that the Security Guard at these apartments did not help the woman. He just looked at the injured woman laying injured on the sidewalk and the Security Guard closed the door in front of her face and DID NOT RENDER AID OR EVEN CALL FOR HELP. DO NOT RENT OR BUY AT 360 WEST 43RD STREET Midtown Luxury Apartments in NY, NY. The Security Guard will NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OR PROTECT YOU!

I am absolutely horrified at the inhumanity their hired and vetted staff showed in the video that’s been circulated. In broad day light they didn’t even bother to call the police. This is clearly company policy and it’s the first time they have been caught but not the first time they have turned a blind eye.
How big of a discount are you offering tenants like @Heiko Timm to have them blindly defend you and even wish violent circumstances befall people who are defending the woman? The management's chosen course of action is abhorrent but your tenant's response is appalling. It makes sense he would be satisfied being associated with inhuman landlords considering you're cut from the same cloth.
Incompetent security guards who have no proper training on dealing with unprovoked violent situations that occur right in front of them. Seriously? It's like they don't care about people's safety. Take your money elsewhere.
