Don't deal with Brodsky! What a bunch of crooks for 1 Columbus Place! I needed to move out as I got a job in another city and they won't let me out of my lease after living here since 1999! Management said that without 60 days notice I will need to pay a 3 month penalty to get out of my lease. What a bunch of crooks! Not only would they be getting money from me for the months that I'm living in Chicago but they will be able to get a new tenant a much higher price! Crazy!! Got to love that customer service!
