The Brodsky building at 12 East 86th Street (The Croydon) is infested with cockroaches. We have lived in the building for a little over year and have had at least 4 per month. Every time we complain to the building's management, they offer to send an exterminator who "patches up some holes" and hasn't made an impact. It is really unpleasant to come home to several dead cockroaches after a long weekend away. Brodsky is the worst, most corrupt landlord in nyc history. Most slumlords are more honorable. May he rot in hell

19 W. 69th, no working intercom for more than a year. Brodsky knows and does nothing. And, check out the elevator. You are not going to like it.

124 w 60th South Park Towers - living here is a nightmare, loud construction even on saturdays, elevators often out of service, management terrible but great doormen
