Does not matter if your property is luxury. It means NOTHING when your company hires and trains security with no empathy or integrity; essentially USELESS security who you are paying to do nothing.

Shame on you for not immediately firing the individual that not only didn’t assist the victim after the assailant left, but then proceeded to close the door and walk away. Obviously, your company has set a standard to your employees of having zero empathy or care.

Unsafe premises. Security staff fail to intervene in cases of violence against elderly women.

Security guards watched and closed the door while an elderly woman outside got kicked in the stomach and literally had her head stomped into the pavement. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=2864838590395662

The company claims they condemn all forms of discrimination and racism, yet, their property owner is refusing to cooperate with the investigation into the assault of an Asian woman outside of their building. They don't care at all, and if they continue to not offer assistance, then they are fully complicit and should be boycotted. Here's the reporter who states that the property owner is no longer helping with the investigation, unless a subpoena is issued.
