Upgraded my 3rd Gen Tacoma with a 2” leveling kit, new wheels and larger all terrains. Couldn’t be happier. Ran into an issue with the wheels I originally selected being defective; big thanks to the install guys for discovering it and making sure things were right. Stephen was super helpful and took time in assisting me pick out another set that I’ve ended up liking even more. Overall enjoyable experience. Thanks to everyone there at the Coppell location that helped me out and worked on my truck.
literally the worst customer service. no one offered to help me, I had to go find someone. then they stopped helping me to help someone else and the other workers kept interrupting the one "helping" me to ask questions. I know I'm not "one of the guys" but I am a paying customer that came in there with a list and intentions on buying everything I wanted and I walked out not spending a penny. dont treat the women customers differently- time to retrain or get better people because yalls customer service sucks.
If you are looking to have anything done on your vehicle than this is the place. The staff here is 5 stars when it comes to customer service. Ian was the salesman that helped me and he went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was done how I wanted. The work done on my truck was 5 stars as well! Will definitely be back!
