Went in to the store and a set of tires on 11/16. I was given an appointment time of 10am for 11/20/21. I asked if the work would be done by 1pm and was told “yea” by Brian.I arrived at 9:45am, they took my truck inside at 11:15am and forced me to wait 3.5 hours to have a set of 4 tires mounted.3.5 hours….
