Before my mom came home from the hospital in April 2018, i was not sure what i was going to do, and a Social Worker at Cape Fear helped me find 3HC Home Health and I have been very pleased with their CNAS, Skilled nurses, Their Physical therapists are to die for, and everyone i speak to on the phone is so nice and respects your concerns. They have a Doctor to help diagnose problems and concerns and will immediately try and help. THANK YOU ALL AT 3HC
