Great Location, Quiet, Great Staff I have lived at 2775 for almost 2 years now and in 2 different apartments. I have loved it here. There is always parking since they implemented their new parking policies last summer, great neighbors and amazing amenities. If you have a dog you will love it here. They have 2 dog parks as well as always doing a Yappy Hour where you can get free samples and toys for your furry friend. 27 Seventy Five: Mesa Verde Terrible parking and management, I wish I would have checked Apartments.com before choosing this place! Only 1 is the beautiful landscaping and amenities.
27 Seventy Five 27 Secenty Five is a nice complex in Costa Mesa in between the 405 and Newport Blvd (close to 405). The complex is newly renovated and I've had two brand new apartments since living here over the past two years. Both the one and two bedrooms have nice space and the two bedrooms, at least in phase one, are really spacious. The trim is nice, but you can tell they've gone just a bit further than putting lipstick on a pig. great neighborhood Great apartments with great people. Everybody in this complex is very nice and respectful. There is a big swimming pool next to the BBQ and very useful common areas. When you sit on the patio, you will start playing with squirrels for sure. The complex is between 405 and 55 freeways, also 5 mins away from the Pacific High Coast way.
2775 Apartments I have had a great experience at the 2775 Apartments in Costa Mesa. It has amazing amenities which includes a full range gym, pools, spas, tennis and basketball courts and dog parks. It also arranges free fitness classes, happy hours, breakfasts on the go, and much more.
