Property Location, Atmosphere, Supporting Crew Excellent...Management decisions different story. The property is near the Costa Mesa golf course and has a great nature feel to it. The apartments used to be owned separately and is actually three properties in one. 27 Seventy Five refers to them as Phase 1-3. Phase 1 is located near the pool and is more modern however more condensed. Phase 2-3 are similar to each and have a nature-like feel to it. Ms. Lisenbee The worst place possible to rent in Costa Mesa! Do not let them persuade you to rent. The manager/ management company is diploarble. Parking is a nightmare. Car break ins and burglaries. Check the police reports for Costa Mesa. Horrible property to rent at. BE AWARE!! Watch the hidden fees as well.

As with any community, we cannot guarantee it will be crime free. Sadly, theft can occur anywhere and we work with the police as they conduct their investigations. Eh... To start, the walls and ceilings are very thin and we can hear everything from outside and the unit above us. The unit above us has the exact same layout, so where our bedrooms are, they’re bedrooms are right above it. You can hear the loud pipes, people talking, laughing, even whistling, walking, and being intimate. I can hear all the moans and creaking of my upstair neighbors’ bed. Nice community, but lease renewal and parking nightmare Having lived at this community for 3 years it definitely has its positives. The amenities are great (pools, gym, BBQs, great rooms, common areas), the grounds are really nice with lots of grass in Phase 1, and nice ponds/streams running throughout the community. Too many issues Lived here for 3 years. There are pros and cons, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. If you check out other review sites they are at a solid 1 star range. Wish I would have seen those before moving in. Pro -Nice amenities -Pretty good location if you need to get on the 405 or John Wayne Con -Parking is constantly an issue. Worst place, save your money and go elsewhere. After living here just over a year, this is by far the worst place I have lived. I’m a Veteran and have moved all around the country with different large and small apartment communities. The grounds are beautiful (at least they were before they removed all the landscaping and destroyed the trees). Worst apartment community ever Save YOURSELF do not rent from here or UDR. This place is just terrible in a nutshell. They don't secure the grounds (numerous apartment and car break ins/ thefts). Moving here will be the worst decision of your life. Have you ever been robbed outside your own front door? Have you ever lost sleep at night, worrying that your car could be towed at random from your own home? You will experience all of this, and much more, if you choose to live here. Incredibly disappointing and dirty Toured the property and a few of the one bedroom units. It was difficult to find the leasing office because there were clear no signs. The leasing office was lush and grand, they had a great pool with a ramped side you can walk in. Once we were on the tour, the we started to notice the faults.
