Worst Management Team and Unfathomable Move Out Fees To anyone considering renting at 2775 or any UDR apartment, DO.NOT.DO.IT. You have be warned! Get ready to pay an extra grand upon move out. Crooks Customer service BLOWS here. Lived for over a year. Was great when I moved in now it’s trash.
Constant dog barking There were many things to like about the place, but there are so many bad dog owners that live there. I worked from home and all day long heard the same 4-5 dogs barking. Owner's leave their patio doors open and all the patios face the walkways throughout the complex, so anytime someone walks by with another dog you get constant yapping. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Terrible TERRIBLE service. They'll charge (without disclosing it) for every little thing and then look the other way when you refute it. The day I moved in they offered me an incentive of a Visa Prepaid Card, and after signing my contract they said 'sorry, we're actually not doing the offer anymore' and didn't follow through on their word. Terrible Community This place is a scam. they have stolen my money and want to continue to do so. They claim I signed a lease which never happened. They did not allow my roommate to live with me since he has a misdemeanor, and would not allow me to go in a different direction with my search. They just want me to pay without even ever moving in. Big time scam and unethical. They have no sympathy or compassion... very bad people!
Negligence and diplorable living conditions By far the worst customer service and place I have ever lived. We moved in about a month ago. We moved from Canada and this is where we decided to live....We had a flood two nights ago. There was raw sewage flooded throughout the majority of our apartment. Since then we have been Living in these hazardous conditions because they refuse to give us a place to stay. Anna claims they do not allow pets in the guest suites and we have two cats. Horrible places No parking! Horrible management! !! Nightmare living in this place, took over weeks to come fix anything after a request Management never answers calls, too busy on their phone. One day I call from right outside office no one answer but there were there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Disorganized Community. Key points to take from 2775: - if you have a car it will either be stolen, broken into, or towed ... or like me, all three! - community director will be rude and condescending since she probably hears complaints all day long and is trained to ignore everything you say - walls are thin and things break often, expect anything you report to be charged at move out - they will up your rent 9-10% since they would rather you leave than stay - expect some form of violence, I had a stabbing outside my buildin... read more
Great Location, Quiet, Great Staff I have lived at 2775 for almost 2 years now and in 2 different apartments. I have loved it here. There is always parking since they implemented their new parking policies last summer, great neighbors and amazing amenities. If you have a dog you will love it here. They have 2 dog parks as well as always doing a Yappy Hour where you can get free samples and toys for your furry friend.
