Worst apartment community ever Save YOURSELF do not rent from here or UDR. This place is just terrible in a nutshell. They don't secure the grounds (numerous apartment and car break ins/ thefts). Moving here will be the worst decision of your life. Have you ever been robbed outside your own front door? Incredibly disappointing and dirty Toured the property and a few of the one bedroom units. It was difficult to find the leasing office because there were clear no signs. The leasing office was lush and grand, they had a great pool with a ramped side you can walk in. Once we were on the tour, the we started to notice the faults. Worst Management Team and Unfathomable Move Out Fees To anyone considering renting at 2775 or any UDR apartment, DO.NOT.DO.IT. You have be warned! Get ready to pay an extra grand upon move out. I lived at 2775 for 14 months and took incredible care of my apartment. Crooks Customer service BLOWS here. Lived for over a year. Was great when I moved in now it’s trash.
Constant dog barking There were many things to like about the place, but there are so many bad dog owners that live there. I worked from home and all day long heard the same 4-5 dogs barking. Owner's leave their patio doors open and all the patios face the walkways throughout the complex, so anytime someone walks by with another dog you get constant yapping. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Terrible TERRIBLE service. They'll charge (without disclosing it) for every little thing and then look the other way when you refute it. The day I moved in they offered me an incentive of a Visa Prepaid Card, and after signing my contract they said 'sorry, we're actually not doing the offer anymore' and didn't follow through on their word. Terrible Community This place is a scam. they have stolen my money and want to continue to do so. They claim I signed a lease which never happened. They did not allow my roommate to live with me since he has a misdemeanor, and would not allow me to go in a different direction with my search. They just want me to pay without even ever moving in. Big time scam and unethical. They have no sympathy or compassion... very bad people!
Negligence and diplorable living conditions By far the worst customer service and place I have ever lived. We moved in about a month ago. We moved from Canada and this is where we decided to live....We had a flood two nights ago. There was raw sewage flooded throughout the majority of our apartment.
