my daughter has had 3 disturbing experiences with her apt and their handling of problems including no air for 8 days in 97 degree weather and the flooding of her apt with mold for the last 10 days. We have now had to retain an attorney, contact the Health Dept, and contact The Lexington Tenant Services to help us with this apt which is now uninhabitable with mold, for which they offer us no apology or remedies. Do NOT rent from Newtown Crossing.
Terrible place to live -- awful management and lots of empty promises. Definitely not worth the thousands of dollars a year to live there.
