This has been the worst living experience of my four years at college. The place is a mess, the rooms already had Spots and imperfections on the walls. Then they asked me to pay $180 for a full bathroom clean despite my bathroom being spotless , and then they ask for a painting fee for the bathroom, which again it did not need! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They are currently trying to take advantage of residents who moved out because they are drowning due to COVID.

Literally the worst experiences ever. Charge you for every little thing, refuse to act on services when needed urgently (my friend had termites in his apartment and they didn’t come to investigate until 3 days later.) they also are extremely unreasonable when it comes to transfers, they made me pay a $250 fee which is completely useless now because they expect me to move in during the middle of the week? Great place to live! Nice spacious apartments and has a ton of amenities. I really like having my own bedroom and bathroom along with a large common area. I've lived here for 2 years and highly recommend it!
I enjoy living here. It’s not exactly a 5.0/5.0 (where is?) but it’s a solid 4.8/5.0. It has great community areas like a pool, gym, and basketball court. It has a large private parking garage (I don’t use because I don’t have a car). I personally really enjoy my room layout (2 bed 2 bath. I have a private bed and private bath and my roommate has his own private bed and bath. We share a large living room, kitchen, study, and laundry room.) they don't allow food delivered to the door. Very entitled receptionist, do not lease here unless you are desperate. I have reported the to the BBB, Yelp, and American apartments.
I've lived here for a year, re-signed for another! 26 West has great amenities, always clean, front desk is helpful, maintenance is always there to fix any issues. Super close to campus, love it!
