Absolutely DISGUSTED by the way this place is taking advantage of their customers and not responding to ANY inquiries regarding billing. Shouldn’t there be someone working from home taking care of this? This company only cares about money and karma is going to hit them hard. I can only imagine how many loyal customers they’re about to lose because of this. I’m being charged $42 dollars for a facility I can’t even use!! How is this legal? Being charged for a gym we cannot attend. At least freeze the membership! I pay monthly I am not in on a member ship so how will you add lost time?

Will not allow customers to cancel auto-pay memberships during pandemic. 24 is still charging bank accounts and not allowing cancellations or freezes. I paid the first and last months fees and don't want to extend my cancellation 60 or 90 days. Another issue is the cleanliness of their clubs. The pool areas sometime smell like feces and there is scum on the bottom of the Everett, WA pool. The cardio machines are old and broken and now we don't have towel service. I submitted a cancellation request through their online portal, which is the only way to get a hold of anyone, and they still charged my card. This is absolutely abhorrent. Slimy, despicable company.

They need to be freezing accounts during the pandemic. How can you charge people for a service you are not providing? How can you add lost time to the end of the membership when I pay monthly?

Since the declaration of a National Pandemic in the United States, many companies closed due to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. Many of these companies are compassionate of the personal financial issues within each American home. Unfortunately 24 Hour Fitness disregarded this. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness since 2010. I never had any issues in the past. Even when I deployed to Afghanistan, 24 Hour Fitness froze my account on two different occasions until I returned back to the United States from combat. R... read more

Bad business, charged me twice within a month while you guys are closed and offer no services I can use. They changed the internet services so you can not freeze your account instead you are redirected to a phone line that has an automated response and and email that basically tells you they are extending services with no real description of what that entails. ????Does not care about local communities or individuals, only profit.
