The front desk had no written documents on reservations for classes. They did not know where a member was in the class or not. They said they have to keep the attendance for insurance purposes; no record. Deny access at will and will reason with misunderstanding. This is no customer service at all. The ********************** team needs to more transparent on protocols. This is a disappointment. I did not understand why it is so difficult to handle reservations.

This facility as well as 24-Hour Fitness Corporate Management operates with no conscience. In January 2020, I was visiting family in ******** and came to this location to swim. The surface around the pool was slick - unlike any other pool surface (24 hour and non 24 hour) I had ever encountered. It was wet and it caused me to slip and fall backwards into the stair area of the pool. My head hit hard and I was knocked out and I woke up underwater at the base of the stairs.
