They are charging members for monthly dues while they have not been open since early/mid March. They are only stopping payments on APRIL 16th!!!.....I would like to freeze my account now and resume membership when the pandemic is over. It’s bad customer service to turn off your phone system, especially when you fire all of the gym staff who could have helped with call volumes. I’d appreciate a reply before 4/3 as my next bill date is 4/5. Thank you!
I find it absolutely disgusting you continue to charge your customers for services they can no longer use during this nightmare! Not only that! We went with 24 hour fitness for exactly that! The fact that you were 24 hours, now you aren’t even that! 4am to midnight is not 24 hours and doesn’t fit my schedule. False claims seem rampant throughout this company and I am disgusted with it. I’ll be returning to planet fitness when my contracts are up.
Charging me membership fees despite being closed due to the COVID-19 virus. They have made it impossible to contact them. they have shut down their call centers and the website isn't processing any customer request they need to free payments like every other gym has. They are billing payments for a service we are unable to use.

24 hour fitness is still billing their members even when closed! I want to cancel now! They have no one answering their phones! They need to freeze all accounts during these times. They sent an email stating they will take our money until April 16. Why they don't stop withdrawing intermediately and return the money they already took from people.
Amazing how corporate greed takes over and people show their true selves. PLACES LIKE GOLDS GYM ARE NOT CHARGING A PENNY AND HAVE FROZEN EVERY MEMBERS! Remember that gym people! Meanwhile 24 hour fitness is charging customers and won’t let them cancel or freeze! Amazing! I hope you get what you deserve for doing this to people. I hope the virus fully engulfs you and your loved ones.
Taking dues while closed is ridiculous and disgusting why would you even consider charging people
24 hour fitness business practices are fraudulent and shady....charging members to use the gyms while they are closed is simply despicable when many people are out of work during this crisis. Other gyms including LA Fitness are doing the right thing by freezing all monthly charges but this company takes the low road. Disgusting !
They wont let their members freeze their membership and still billing us for their closed gyms. I don't need their app, I need their equipment and the space. I need to save money right now so i'd like to freeze my account but can't reach anyone for assistance.
