Cancelled my membership nearly a year ago and today I have a $27.99 charge from 24 Hour Fitness. I will dispute it as soon as it posts to my credit card. You'll never get my business again.

I currently work out at the Dairy Ashford Sports location at *****Westheimer location and I absolutely LOVE the location and staff. I began my fitness journey a few months ago and walked into this location and talked with David G and let him know what my needs were and he paired me with Chad W. Not only has Chad meet my needs, he has exceeded them. I am seeing SIGNIFICANT results and I’ve never been to a gym and felt this comfortable. Since covid hit 24 hour fitness has been on a rampage charging people while their gyms are closed. People are also being charged while their memberships have been cancelled months before. Unreal that this company can get away with stealing money from people. They need to be set as an example and be shut down. I will never support this company again.

I requested to cancel my membership back in May of 2018 way before Covid was an issue and now I am being charged for monthly for a membership. I still have my email and confirmation request from May of 2018 of my cancellation but now I am being charged again for a membership I did not apply for and unable to contact this company to correct this issue. Phone service is disabled and no response from emails either. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm STILL being charged for services not rendered since Mid-March by these leeches. Customer service: THIRD RATE Management: SHADY Clubs: meh Their customer service # a BLACK HOLE Hope the ****looks into their business practices.

I give them no stars. I am so upset. I cancelled our membership in April 2020, as we were no longer able to use the club due to Covid. The company started billing us again, without our knowledge or permission, starting in July 2020. When I tried to contact the company, it is impossible. There is no live person answering the phone and no way to cancel via the webset. You cannot even change method of payment or use any of their contact features because they are all greyed out. I keep getting billed after cancelling my membership, and keep having to dispute the charges through my bank account. Tried to cancel my account in May, and was told it was successfully cancelled (still have the email confirmation.) Checked back on the site, and my account showed as TERMINATED. Was billed in July, went back to my profile on their site, and my account showed as active again. Disputed the charge, requested to cancel my account again (2nd time) and never heard anything.
