Not good at all. They gym is suppose to open at 5am, but as of lately it doesn't open until much later. Members however continue waiting outside patiently, the gym (*********, **) doesn't open until 6:30 or 7:00a. This happens frequently. I give this fitness center location a 1 out of 5 stars.

I am surprised and disappointed that the *********** and ******************************* would allow the staff members, including the new General Manager of the location at ********** and ******* in ******, ***** to park in the designated Handicap spots WITHOUT having a permit to do so. I've witnessed several members with valid permits having to park in regular spots due to the fact that staff and ** are parked in the designated handicap spots. I had the worst experience ever with the man that claims to be general manager. Long story short I paid for my membership for full for one year. My first day working out I wasnt happy with the environment so I was looking into cancelling. When I went online they offered the buddy pass free for a year to retain customers. I tried doing it online but kept getting an error. I went in and talked to the general manager. I have been attempting to freeze my account since the pandemic started last year. I have had 5 unauthorized charges. They were closed last year and unreachable by telephone. I had to get my bank to reverse the charges. Now they are open again they are charging again. The last call I talked to them finally because my credit card had changed and they couldn't charge me and even though I finally was able to freeze it last month, they told me they couldn't freeze without a valid credit card. I had a lifetime membership with *****'s when 24 Hr Fitness bought the *****s gym in my neighborhood. During the change over they took over my membership. I then had to pay my annual dues to 24 hr Fitness. During the pandemic my gym was closed but I was told I had to continue paying my dues to maintain my lifetime membership. However 24 Hr Fitness did not inform me that my gym had been closed permanently so I paid my annual dues and found out a month later I had just lost my money. Check your statements. This entire pandemic they continued to try and charge me every so often. The amounts would change too when they tried to charge me. In the last three months alone, they’ve charged me $120. I’ve contacted them multiple times. No response. My banks disputed it every time. They’ve had to charged me over $300 since March 2020. 24 hour is the worst!!! First they get rid of a ton of equipment and then the day after I cancelled and was told I wouldn’t be charged anything additional, I was charged the annual fee for almost $50. What a total scam. An employee lied to me about not getting charged and then a different employee said there is nothing they can do. Way to go 24 hour fitness! You’re a bunch of crooks and you’re employees lie!
