My wife had a membership and decided to cancel, July 1, 2022, per her contract of mailing, certified mail/receipt her cancellation to the address in the contract. One month later, 24 Hour Fitness was still charging her monthly and yearly dues. Upon seeing this, we contacted the headquarters and the representative said they never received the cancellation letter, but would allow cancellation and credit any charges. WARNIG - 24 HOUR FITNESS MISUSE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CHARGE YOU RANDOMLY Beware of this club, and this organization before you give them your credit card number. We froze our account in Nov 2021 with the explicit statement by their manager that they will reopen the account ONLY upon our request. Instead, they auto reopened the account in Apr and started charging us for use - even though we never stepped foot in the club. I wish I could attach photos. These Gym is disgusting. rust, stains, smells, calcium, unidentifiable gunk, Just gross all around. i just spent $400 on a year membership. There is no reason I should have to travel 2 cities away for a cleaner gym. This really should be a health code violation.

I got an package for personal training with ***** the manager of personal training at Balboa Ave , I got injured 2 times while he was training me. An employee, named ******, from 24 hour fitness in ********, **, will drive away business the longer he is employed there. No people skills and he has no clue on how to handle disputes. I just purchased an annual membership a week ago and my phone app supposedly pulled up an old membership account. At the 24-hour fitness in *******, ** there is a manager who plays pickup basketball with other members. He is a bully. He threatens to cancel memberships because he doesn't get a call or doesn't like a call that was made. He verbally abuses senior members and asks why you are here and why are you playing and says you can play now, and you must play later. He also threatens to kick some others a**

The 24 Hour Fitness in ************* ********** on *********** continues to be a Filthy Pig Sty. The gym is always dirty; especially the mens locker room.The cleaning crew uses dirty water to mop the floor in all of the areas and there is dirt, gum, scum and hair everywhere.The Manager refuses to ask the morning attendant to instruct the cleaning crew to use clean water. My wife and I had our gym membership with 24 hour fitness, canceled during the Covid19 pandemic. We didn't want it to be closed but they said that's what we had to do we couldn't suspend our payments. We have tried to return to the club but it's become to expensive. I'm 61 years old and I needed the gym to stay active, but they don't care as long as they can get more money out of people.

I got really bad experience with 24 hours fitness. The location I went to is located in *************** with the zipcode: *****. I signed up the membership with 24 hours fitness in 02/12/2022. And it's a monthly payment, I can cancel any time. The gym member clearly told me that as long as I cancel before 04/11, I wont get charged for the annual fee and I won't be charged for the third month and so on.
