Before my 1-year membership expired, I used the 24 Hours Fitness website to cancel my membership. It couldnt find my active account to cancel from. Then in Apr 21, 2023, my bank account was charged $399 for membership auto-renewal. I tried to call customer service. it told me to use their website to contact them. The front desk denied my access to the group class that I made reservation only because I was late for 5 minutes, but there is no written policy saying that I couldn't go to that class if I am 5 minutes late. They don't respect my membership right at all.
