Good morning staff is very courteous and polite and always greet you with a good morning I'm usually there by 4:30 in the morning

I started 24hf this week and I'm enjoying it! It has everything I need for weight lifting and cardio. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I love that they sell preworkout, bcaas, protein, etc.
Excellent gym, the staff member at 4 a.m. is very courteous and helpful, he always greats me with a smile and says good morning, he has a great attitude. The workout area was clean and everything was in it's place, locker room and restroom area was also clean and in order. Nice gym to workout at.
Awesome gym. Big. Clean. And upgraded equipment. Hardly gets too crowded. No childish noobs running around. Would be nice if they had Tanning Beds.!!
