Was there from 7-8:30pm tonight and seen at least 6-7 people not wearing masks at all. No staff members walking around enforcing it either. I’ll stick to clackamas location.
RecommendedGreat classes and instructors especially Ruth and Julie! Slow to open because of covid. Very clean and abide by social distancing rules.

Mask are mandatory to walk into the place but then you can take it off??? Insane. The mask should be worn while in the place. Poor management. Might be heading to EOS soon
Dirty place. Broken equipment that doesn't get fixed. It was even better when it was 24 hour fitness. They have very shady practices. Only can mail in cancellation, which I did. THEY JUST WON'T LET A PERSON CANCEL. Think about that before you give your bank account numbers!
Rude staff, trainers and managers. DO NOT go to this location. The staff has no empathy towards situations during the pandemic.
I called a week before my payment was due to go about cancelling. I received a text from my “new trainer” calling me average because I wasn’t comfortable going back into the gym again because of the pandemic. I called and the manager said I can’t cancel because I didn’t finish out my term... my term ended 05/07. I tried explaining that per the contract I have and got hung up on. Let me start this by saying I’ve been going here over a year and I pay 41/mo to go to one gym. Their current pricing is 25$ for multiple clubs. I got a charge out of nowhere for an “annual fee”. Because I wasn’t aware of this it caused me trouble paying bills and rent. When I called they refused to cancel or postpone that fee given my situation at which point the lady suggest I “just ask my landlord for an extension”. The next day I woke up with another 40$ charge.
