RecommendedAwesome fitness classes! Spin is my favorite, however I am limited, they need to add more spin classes accessible for people that work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
been all over California and Bakersfield,CA to me has the best 24 hour fitness all the way around. never have to wait because there is plenty of machines and weights. clean, friendly, and professional

All of Alma Ortiz classes! She is an amazing, fun, excellent instructor for Insanity, Cycle, and Body Pump! Also, Mandi and Jessica’s Body Combat, and Body Pump! Additionally, Mariela and Juanita’s Zumba Classes are all very professionally taught and they make the class fun and educational!
24 hr fitnesses have the biggest weight rooms of all the gyms here in Bakersfield, even bigger than Body X-Change and In-Shape.
Love the free weight and the variety of different machines. Usually always really dirty though.
Even though there are always people there no matter what time you go, it’s never to busy or full where you have to wait for machines or equipment.
