RecommendedAll of Alma Ortiz classes! She is an amazing, fun, excellent instructor for Insanity, Cycle, and Body Pump! Also, Mandi and Jessica’s Body Combat, and Body Pump! Additionally, Mariela and Juanita’s Zumba Classes are all very professionally taught and they make the class fun and educational!
Recommended24 hr fitnesses have the biggest weight rooms of all the gyms here in Bakersfield, even bigger than Body X-Change and In-Shape.
RecommendedLove the free weight and the variety of different machines. Usually always really dirty though.
