The store was imnaculate and rooms were as well. It was super busy when I went in but everyone was extremely helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes and Carrie was wonderful and whimsical in her unicorn shoes.
My daughter and I both got our tragus pierced. Good experience. They were pretty busy, but got us in quickly.
Clean, friendly atmosphere. Been in 3 times in the last 3 weeks. My sister, my best friend and myself got a combined 5 piercings. Very happy with the results.

I was going into slow freak out mode, but Sarvas was absolutely great! He made my piercing experience a pain-free one! That has NEVER happened! Folks if you are considering getting a piercing, go to 23rd SBP and ask for Sarvas Berry!! He's awesome!!
I went in to have my nose pierced and they have super awesome staff and I was in and out of there in no time.
Me and my buddy went in, and although they were busy we were greeted enthusiastically. They made sure my I.D. wasn't fake (fantastic investigative work) and the wait time wasn't too bad! Rob did both mine and my friends piercings, super friendly guy with a great taste in music. Thanks guys!
