It was very very clean & professional! Rick is an amazing piercer! The woman that works behind the counter explaining the jewelry, the costs, and collects your info had the BEST customer service! Such a great place!!

I got my nose pierced by Sarvas on Sunday. He was really nice and did a great job. The shop was really clean and inviting, and the staff was awesome. If I decide to get anything else done, I know where I'm going ;)
I went on saturday, january 8th to get my septum pierced with 2 friends, my boyfriend and my mom. We waited for an hour and a half before they told us anything about getting a room big enough for all of us to fit. Another hour goes by without a word and my mom goes up there again and tells them its ok if we get our piercings separate, not all of us has to be in the same room. Went in for a daith piercing...front staff ladies were so polite and helpful...Got my piercing done by Rick and I totally love it...I will definitely be going back for more...great experience overall
The guy who did mine and my step daughters piercing (daith) was very nice. Professional and tried to make jokes to make us less nervous. The place is very clean and staff is very helpful and nice. Wait was a little long since they don't do appointments for piercings, but it was worth the wait. Prices are great too. :)

So incredibly impressed with my experience! I was initially super nervous but my piercer (Rick) was AMAZING, he made me feel 100% comfortable, walked me through each step and had me laughing in the process. I had significantly less pain then i thought when he actually did the piercing and im happy to say that healing has been a breeze. Very minimal tenderness the first 24-36hrs and nothing after that. I went in today to get my nose pierced.. the lady with all the tattoos over her body was kinda rude to me, she seemed to have an attitude with me. She was very nice to the other customers, so I'm not sure if it was because of my skin color but she was pretty rude to me! I love my piercing, Rick did it and he was very kind but she kinda ruined the whole experience for me.
