The lady at the front counter was the rudest person I have came in contact w in a very long time. Took my 10 year old son in on his birthday yesterday because he wanted his ears pierced. We were sitting there patiently as she helped someone that was there before we got there, knowing we were there waiting she went ahead and help someone else that came in behind us before us. First piercing I have ever had. They were great. Have had chronic migraines seams to have helped already.
Three of us got pierced and had the pleasure of meeting Sarvas. He did a great job on all our piercings, and would not hesitate to go back if he is the one doing it.
Sarvas was a professional, very informative, funny and helped us relax. It was a great experience. Love my new helix earring. The front desk personnel were helpful and professional as well!
Got my nose pierced and I was well informed of aftercare necessities unlike previous piercing experiences 😴😒 I even got a foldable and a bag of salt for the soaks. Very satisfied 🏻
I went in on February 18 to get my nose done. I was terrified but the piercer eased my mood and helped me relax. This is my second piercing here. The first experience wasn't very good because the piercer was rude to me but the second trip definitely made up for it!
I haven't had a piercing done since I was in in 3rd grade and I was a little worried going in. However, the easygoing staff calmed my nerves and my piercer made me laugh. Great place!
My experience was amazing! I would recommend that anyone thinking about getting something done should go here. The staff is super chill and easy to carry on a conversation with!
