My first adult experience getting pierced (got ears done when a baby), and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so patient and helpful, and I felt so relaxed while getting second ear holes done in both of my earlobes, and a helix in my left. I will definitely come again to get more done! I went here yesterday for the first time ever and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. A very clean atmosphere and the receptionist (I can't remember her name) was so kind and explained things so well. I got my septum pierced with a retainer and the receptionist anodized it to the color that I wanted which I thought was so cool! I didn't know anyone could do that. My sister and I went in yesterday and were helped by Brooklyn at the front desk, who was extremely rude. The shop was pretty full when we got there so we expected a wait, but after about an hour and 20 minutes and watching everyone there before us and everyone who came in within 30-45 minutes after us go back, we went to ask about the wait.
