I saw Sarvas yesterday for a double nostril and septum piercing. After having a previously horrific experience with my septum (somewhere else) I was pretty terrified and explained everything that happened and how it went so terribly wrong. Sarvas explained the process, put me at ease and within seconds, it was all over. Honestly, there was no pain at all. I had both of my daith piercings done here, by 2 different people, both of them went very well. No issues with either one. Both went smoothly. And everyone involved were very friendly and welcoming.
Had my ears pierced. One is way higher than the other. $100 and it's wrong.
I read the reviews before I went and people were giving Rick Frueh so much crap. But why? They were calling him rude and inconsiderate with no explanation. When I got there I had the privilege of him being my piercer so I got the experience any other person would have. It was quick, painless, and I was only in the room for maybe 5 minutes. I think people get the wrong impression because he's a person who doesn't want to prolong having a needle in someone's body (Which is good!). I have had 5 piercing here. The last I had to go back and get corrected because the back was wrong size and Sarvas fixed it. Painfully. Fast forward 2 yrs and apparently I didn't recognize him when my niece & I went in a few weeks ago. He was not professional. My niece thought he caused severe harm! Very rough painful & bloody. Never Ever would I recommend Sarvas!
The front desk girl was really nice and sarvas was awesomeee! He was so down to earth and funny. He made us feel comfortable. I had a good experience. (:
Although I love love this place! The prices have went up tremendously since the last time I was in. Been coming here for about 11 years I think. The piercers are always amazing!!
I've had 7 piercings done here. I've never gone anywhere else to be pierced, and I never will. Anytime someone is getting a piercing I strongly suggest that they go to 23rd Street! The shop is always clean, and the piercers are professional and knowledgeable. I went yesterday to get a front helix. Henry did my piercing. He was professional, friendly, made conversation, and was patient with me when he had to adjust where he was putting the piercing (3 or 4 times)!!
