Terrible stuff terrible customer service
After reading all the negative reviews, none of this surprises me. I have lived in Miami for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst building I have ever lived in. The property manager, Reina, consistently makes situations worse instead of resolving them. She never takes responsibility for her own mistakes and always shifts the blame onto others.
