This program is amazing! After four days, i am down 10 pounds, pants are getting loose, and I feel great! I didn't think I would be able to make it through a day without energy drinks, but I have! If you want something that works, this is it! The coaches are awesome and so supportive!

The decision to join the 20/30 Fast Track program is the best decision I've ever made! This is the best program I've ever done! It really does work, and it's so easy to follow. The coaches at Stafford Wellness are amazing, too! So supportive and encouraging, and they really do feel like family. Highly recommend!
This program has changed my whole life. I've lost 34 pounds so far and GAINED the confidence and happiness I never knew I could have. I was worried to spend the money and then fail (like I always do) but the support and structure and monitoring of this program prevents all that backsliding! I owe this program my life.
