Not a diet but a lifestyle change. This program works on so many different levels. The coaches are fabulous and very positive and uplifting. Happy to have this opportunity to make the changes I need to be healthy, again!
Three days on this program and I'm finding my energy again! The food is simple and healthy. It is easy to follow. The coaches are awesome. It is an all around good turn around as they say it's much more than about the food. As I drop the pounds, I release worn out patterns as well. Want a program that works. This one does. Loosing weight is never a quick fix, it takes determination on your part. The best part is no drugs, shots, or imitation food. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. It is so much more than I ever imagined, and the health benefits are so great. The team support is awesome, its more like an extended family.
